Job Descriptions
- Assist in recruitment activities in alignment with manpower planning, corporate objectives, and business needs, working closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and collection of personal documents, company email setup, access cards, and related arrangements.
- Support the planning, implementation, and administration of HR operations in a timely and efficient manner, including employee benefits, leave administration, and HR policies and procedures.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting background verification and reference checks.
- Handle general administrative correspondence, including answering and transferring calls, managing emails, and sorting incoming mail.
- Manage office supply orders and process staff expense and reimbursement requests.
- Prepare monthly staff attendance summaries and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of staff claims and related documentation.
