About The Role
As a Mandarin-speaking HR Assistant(Recruitment) at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment process and participating in interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
What you'll be doing
Assist in job posting on various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
协助在多个招聘平台发布职位信息(如 JobStreet、LinkedIn等)
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview
筛选简历并协助筛选合适的面试人选
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
安排和协调候选人与面试官的面试时间
Join interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluation
与招聘经理一同参与面试,并协助记录面试内容或参与评估
Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents
协助准备聘用合约及入职相关文件
Support university career fairs and recruitment campaigns
协助组织大学招聘会和招聘宣传活动
Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentation
维护员工档案,确保文件归档和记录完整
What we're looking for
Fluent in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking Team.
精通中文,基本英语与马来语(口语与书写)
Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
最低学历要求拥有人力资源管理、工商管理或相关领域的文凭/学位
Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination
熟悉完整招聘流程,包括面试协调与安排
Detail-oriented, Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
注重细节,积极的态度,责任心强,良好的沟通技巧。
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
熟练操作 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
