Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a HR Administrator, you will manage and support the full employee lifecycle for assigned affiliates, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding. In this role, you will report to HR Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects from the HR team.

HR Business Partnering

  • Work closely with HRBPs to support business leaders and align HR initiatives with company goals.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, high-performance work culture within assigned affiliates.
  • Collaborate with other HRBPs on workforce planning, talent initiatives, and operational projects.

Talent Management & Performance Support

  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, job postings, salary proposals and candidate communications.
  • Help organize training and upskilling programs and other related activities for employees within assigned affiliates.

Skills You Bring:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Workday will be an added advantage
