Job Title: HR Administrator (Warehouse)

Role Overview
The HR Administrator will support day-to-day human resource operations for ParagonCorp's warehouse in Shah Alam. This role focuses on administrative efficiency, workforce coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, overtime, personal data).
- Prepare HR-related documentation such as contracts, confirmation letters, and disciplinary letters.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for warehouse employees.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with audit requirements.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Workforce Management
- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling for warehouse staff.
- Liaise with payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing, including overtime and allowances.
- Track and report manpower headcount and movements.
3. Recruitment Support
- Assist in hiring warehouse staff (operators, supervisors, contract workers).
- Coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation.
4. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from warehouse employees.
- Support handling of disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee engagement activities.
- Promote a positive and compliant working environment.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
6. Coordination with Warehouse Operations
- Work closely with warehouse managers on manpower planning and workforce needs.
- Support shift planning and operational HR requirements during peak periods.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with payroll processes, attendance systems, and Malaysian labor law.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to work onsite in Shah Alam warehouse environment.
