HR & Compliance Executive

Qualifications & Experience

·        Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

·        2–3 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, administration, or compliance roles is preferred

·        Prior exposure to immigration, visa processing, or government portal handling is an advantage, but not mandatory

·        Candidates without direct immigration experience should demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn complex processes quickly

·        Exposure to staffing, consulting, or multi-country HR operations environments will be an added advantage.

·        Strong attention to detail and document accuracy

·        Highly organised with strong follow-up and task-tracking discipline

·        Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines efficiently

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

·        Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new compliance processes and government systems

·        Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal

·        Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office, and comfortable learning new portals and HR systems

·        Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and continuously learn

·        Willing to travel locally for government submissions and authority visits when required
