_Benefits Summary:_
  • This is a full time permanent position
Basic Salary RM2,800 - RM4,000 + Performance Bonuses
  • Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Performance Bonus, Monthly Allowances, Dynamic Environment, Supportive Management, Company Overseas Trips and Events etc.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-

Our client, a reputable
Restaurant Chains & Food Supplier that was established in year 1999. They have been serving great foods since then and growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate HR Assistant to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management and provide supports in the company's human resources processes.

_Responsibilities:_
  • Handle company's HR related document
Responsible for formulating the branch's remuneration system plan, supervising the implementation process, and then making appropriate adjustments
  • Responsible for recruitment including job advertisement drafting, posting, pre-screening and interview
Responsible for preparation and follow-up on hiring documentation i.e., offer letter, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and other employment-related letters
  • Responsible for handling foreign worker permit, visa or check out matters
Responsible to monitor and update staff attendance and leave application
  • Responsible to process staff payroll on monthly basis and manage staff claims
Responsible to handling matters related to KWSP, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF or other contribution
  • Responsible to conduct staff performance management and identify training if needed
Responsible to conduct hostel management and identify facility maintenance when needed
  • Maintain proper filing for all HR related documents
Prepare monthly schedule template and payroll record template to outlet
  • Other task assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Information/ Requirement:_
  • Possess at least 1 year of work experience in HR role
Strong organization skill with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and email functionalities
Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proactive, independent and teamwork
