  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices and employment matters.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies, programmes and initiatives that support business needs.
  • Support workforce planning, organisation restructuring, succession planning and talent development activities.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances and investigations, in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor HR trends and workforce data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to implement initiatives relating to recruitment, learning and development, compensation, employee engagement and organisational development.
  • Support organisational development initiatives, including reskilling, upskilling and job redesign.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support HR projects, process improvements and digitalisation initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Analyse HR data and workforce trends (e.g. headcount, attrition, absenteeism, engagement and manpower movements) to provide insights and support business decisions.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 3 years working experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Good communication, coaching and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret HR data and recommend practical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience with HRIS such as Workday.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Note: This is a 9-month contract role, with payroll matters managed by our appointed external recruitment agency.
