Why this role matters

You will be focusing on aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business functions. This role also involves formulating partnerships across the People function to deliver quality service to all stakeholders, reflecting Exness's people-centric and high-performance culture. You will work on various products and projects with professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

The role is based in our Malaysia office. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Drive all human resource activities for the assigned departments.
  • Drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plan the process to find, develop, and retain employees, as well as enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs.
  • Incorporate business priorities into the HR agenda and drive human resources and organizational targets and critical metrics.
  • Follow up and ensure corrective actions are taken to achieve results.
  • Provide consultancy, assistance, and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes, and practice.
  • Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the departments, including ad hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee retention and others.
  • Understand the business, gain and maintain credibility within the organization, and be a thought-partner to help find creative solutions to our needs.
  • Continuously support employee engagement and promote the Exness culture and ways of working.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Occupational Psychology or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of working in HR, with a minimum of 2 years of work as HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle.
  • High levels of leadership skills and heavy involvement in conversations with management regarding the business's future, missions, goals, and overall strategy
  • Ability to translate complex business issues into HR implications, analyze data, and provide consultancy when needed
  • Great critical thinking skills and solution-articulation skills, being capable of handling sensitive situations with professionalism and proper composure
