HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

In response to the growing trend of digitalization in the dental industry, we are expanding our software development presence in Malaysia. This strategic expansion aims to enhance our portfolio of software solutions for the dental market.

Your Responsibilities

• manage full-cycle recruitment for software development positions, including conducting interviews
• coordinate onboarding for new hires
• act as the primary HR contact for Software Development Managers and leadership
• handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and salary reviews
• implement and improve performance management systems
• maintain HR systems (e.g., Orange HRM)
• ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• organize office administration tasks, such as vendor management, asset purchases, and event planning
• support strategic HR planning, including workforce planning and organizational change initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• proven HR experience ideally in a tech or software development environment
• strong knowledge of recruiting and recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
• familiar with software development industry, understanding technical and soft skills to organize trainings
• excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• solid understanding of compensation & benefits structures, payroll processes, and HR compliance
• experience with performance management and employee development programs
• proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts
• knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• ability to work independently and act as a strategic partner to leadership
• fluency in English
