The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team in Malaysia, driving HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees.
• Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the business.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in HR management or as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve HR processes.
