Position Overview
The
HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in transforming the delivery of HR services through the implementation of a complete suite of
HR Technology solutions across
15,000+ employees and
30+ countries. Reporting to the
Global Head – Regional HR Lead and the
Country Manager, this role will lead the
HR Technology COE and partner with global HR teams to implement best-in-class processes that enhance data integrity, process efficiency, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure all positions are staffed with competent talent.
- Engage employees through proactive communication and feedback to drive motivation and performance.
- Advise leadership on organizational health and people management issues.
- Administer and enforce employee discipline in alignment with company policies.
- Benchmark and manage compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the market.
- Design and implement country-specific reward and recognition and employee engagement programs to enhance retention.
- Oversee the full performance management cycle from KRA setting to annual reviews.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and ensure learning programs address identified gaps.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Design and deliver capability-building programs for high-potential employees.
- Establish and maintain succession planning and Individual Development Plans for critical roles.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management with specialization in Human Resources or Psychology; Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in the Human Resources function, including at least 4 years leading HR for a Country or Business Unit.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and retain teams; experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR Technology platforms such as Darwin Box and SF LMS; knowledge of Core Data, Compensation, Performance, Talent Management, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll modules.
- Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical ability, communication, interpersonal and coaching skills; results-oriented, adaptable, and persuasive in stakeholder management.
