HR Operations Support:Provide end-to-end HR support, and employee data updates.
Employee Inquiry Handling:Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees via phone, email, or live chat primarily in Cantonese. Ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
Data Entry & Maintenance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
HR Policy & Process Compliance:Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with company and client-specific HR policies and local labor regulations.
Reporting & Documentation:Prepare routine HR reports, documentation, and assist in audits when necessary.
Collaboration:Coordinate with internal HR teams, payroll, and other departments to support efficient HR service delivery.
Job Requirements
Fresh-graduate from Diploma/Degree.
Have the experience in Customer Service/Helpdesk experience.
Can speak in fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese language is compulsory.
