About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Consultant Support to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are eager to build a career in recruitment, HR operations, and client management.
What You Will Do
Participate in recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
- Create job advertisements and recruitment posts
- Contact and screen candidates
- Arrange interviews and follow up on feedback
- Update candidate information in recruitment systems
- Support HR projects such as onboarding, offboarding, timesheet coordination, workforce administration and assist in payroll.
- Assist in managing client accounts and responding to HR-related requests
- Employees attendance & leave record management
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and basic HR matters
- Support engagement and retention activities
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports
- Participate in business & operation meetings
- Work with team members to improve sourcing strategies and service quality
Who We're Looking For

- Willing to work at client's site / remotely
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel and social media platforms
- Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
