We are urgently seeking for Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing employee attendance compliance, monitoring workforce movement, and ensuring accurate and timely updates of attrition information within the Workday system. This role supports HR and Operations by providing reliable workforce data, identifying trends, and ensuring adherence to company attendance policies.

Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : Flexible working hours
Salary : up to RM 2,400
Cut Off and Pay Out : Cut Off by end of month, Pay Out by 7th

Requirement:
-Minimum SPM holder with related experiences.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, workforce management, or attendance monitoring. -Strong proficiency in Workday.
-Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
-Ability to analyse data and prepare clear workforce reports.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Able to work under flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Attendance Monitoring & Compliance
-Monitor daily employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
-Review and validate attendance exceptions (e.g., no-shows, late logins, early logouts, long breaks).
-Ensure attendance data accuracy by coordinating with employees and managers for corrections.
-Escalate attendance violations according to company policies.
-Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports for management review.
2. Workday Data Management
-Update employee records in the Workday system related to Resignations, Contract end dates, Employment status changes and Last working day confirmation.
-Maintain accurate annualized attrition numbers and headcount dashboards in Workday.
-Conduct routine data accuracy checks to ensure system integrity.
3. Attrition Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain uptodate attrition logs (voluntary, involuntary, contract expiry).
- Prepare monthly attrition summaries for HRBP, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Identify attrition trends and highlight risks or insights to HR.
- Reconcile attrition numbers with payroll and HR operations.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Workforce Management teams to resolve attendance or data discrepancies.
- Respond to queries related to attendance, Workday updates, and attrition information.
- Provide data support during audits, compliance checks, and management reviews.
5. Process Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to attendance tracking processes and Workday workflows.
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual data updates and reporting errors.
- Uphold data governance practices and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
