Job Description:o Manage the payroll system and perform payroll duties
o Responsible for preparation and processing of monthly payroll and ensure that all documentations are
complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and its deadline
o Preparation, filing and updating of documents
o In-charge of maintenance issues in the office
o Providing assistance and support in projects, planning, problem solving and executing the departments
goals and objectives
o Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
o Routine and adhoc reporting as per management request
o Assist in any adhoc projects assigned
o Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management or related field
o At least 2 years of working experience in HR related field
o Knowledge basic of HR operatons, MY Labour Laws and other relevant legislations
o Must be able to use Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint fluently.
