Job Description

Job Description:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding process.
  • Follow up confirm contract renew contract and terminations.
  • Time system (attendance, leave, Shift, OT)
  • Manage stock snacks, office supplies and cleaning equipment .
  • Conduct inspections of housekeeping duties as assigned in the schedule.
  • Manage SOC Canteen.
  • Facilities maintenance request.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of and is proficient in the assigned tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the responsible department.
  • Consistently completes assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
  • Effectively handles unexpected issues at the workplace, showing initiative and sound judgment.
  • Able to work well with related teams.
  • Can work at Wangnoi - Ayutthaya or Mahachai - Samut Sakhon.
