Your new role

As HR Director, you will be responsible for building HR policies, frameworks, and processes, and leading HR strategies for a start-up-like environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement end-to-end HR strategies, policies and systems.
  
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance efforts.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.
