Role Description

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Handle monthly payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, income tax).

3. Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and HR system accurately.

4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures in line with labor laws and company guidelines.

5. Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes.

6. Address employee relations matters and provide HR support to management and staff.

7. Prepare HR reports, letters, and related documentation.

8. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
