Job Description

Requirements :

Diploma / Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3years related job experience
Experienced in payroll and office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Responsibility:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:


Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee job postings, resume screening, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiations and onboarding procedures.

Employee Relations and Support:


Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues related to workplace conflicts.
Mediate disputes between employees and management to foster a positive working environment.

Responsibilities associated with payroll management :


Calculate Salaries: Ensure accurate computation of employee wages, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Payroll Schedule: Manage and adhere to payroll schedules, ensuring timely disbursement of salaries.
Support: Respond to employee queries regarding payroll-related matters, discrepancies, and benefits.

To mentor and supervise HR admin staffs

arrange daily tasks for admin staffs.
