We are currently seeking a HR Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur—someone passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a thriving company culture.

You'll partner directly with business leaders to:

Responsibilities:

• Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and communications to promote employer branding effectively through various platforms and channels, including but not limited to career microsite, social media, recruitment events
• Talent Identification: Source and identify candidates who align with our company culture and business needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Offer Management: Drive the offer process, including negotiations, extending offers, and securing successful hires.
• Onboarding & Integration: Guide new hires through our onboarding program for seamless integration into the business.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enable communication and collaboration across departments to strengthen teamwork.
• Culture Building: Lead programs that grow internal cohesion and reinforce our shared corporate values.
• Event & Outreach: Organise company events and participate in campus outreach to attract future talent.

Who We're Looking For:

• Min. Bachelor's degree
• Fresh Graduates / Candidates with up to 3 years of working experience may apply
• Communicates with clarity and connects easily with people
• Brings curiosity, drive, and a hunger to keep learning
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change
