About the Role

We're looking for an HR Executive with 24 years of hands-on experience to join our HR team. If you enjoy doing real HR work, from HR operations and people matters to employee engagement activities and events and you're agile, proactive, and open to growth opportunities, this role might be for you.

What you'll be doing

• End-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, movement, exit)
• Recruitment coordination, interview scheduling & offer preparation
• Payroll input, statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) & HR compliance
• Leave, attendance & HR policy administration
• Employee relations & day-to-day HR enquiries
• Performance appraisal administration & training coordination
• Employee engagement activities, events & internal programmes
• Maintain HR trackers, reports & documentation

What we're looking for

• 24 years of hands-on HR experience
• Strong exposure to HR operations, policies, and employee relations
• Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (experience matters most)
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
