Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
Handle cash deposits from outlets and ensure accurate cash flow records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as tax filing activities.
HR Resources Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
Prepare onboarding documents for new employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Collect and organize employee records, including identification documents, tax information, and bank details, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Manage the employee roster, tracking contract terms, probation periods, and training plans.
Administrative Support
Perform general office administrative tasks such as document filing, procurement management, and coordination of communications.
Provide support to supervisors and the team on other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Job Requirements
Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 1-2 Years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with Accounting and HR-Related Regulations (e.g., Labor Laws, Tax Filing Requirements).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
Strong Communication, Coordination, and Time Management Skills.
