Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR Policies, Employee Manual and Memos.
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Ensure positive Employer/Employee Relation & Communication
  • Manage and utilise Kakitangan.com system
  • Provide support to Senior Management and Heads of Departments (HOD) as required, including to identify and develop employee learning needs.
  • Monitor and manage disciplinary issues with guidance from Management.
  • Assist in Key Performance Appraisal / Staff Appraisal activities.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
  • Support and coordinate in Probation, Confirmation and Non-confirmation
  • Conduct Exit Formalities.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage company vehicles (includes of roadtax , puspakom, insurance and etc.)
  • Arrange travel booking and accommodation for company/employee business trips or travels.
  • Monitor office cleaning, housekeeping and refreshments.
  • Manage maintenance of office fixed assets, equipment, company business licenses and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance on Safety and Health matters.
  • Manage stamping and filing of Author's Agreements and other company agreements.
  • Manage office vendors and assist in other general administration.
  • Monitor and assist on IT Support matters, maintenance incl. being contact person for external IT Support Service Provider.

about the requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Human Resources / Communication.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Administration and Human Resource.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, independent and well organised.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and solution centric in approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to learn and continuously improve.
