HR Executive

At Energy1 Asia @ Petro1 Sdn Bhd, you will have a crucial part to play as a Human Resource Executive in a startup culture. From choosing the most qualified applicants and supporting employees with their HR-related questions to streamlining procedures, you will play a crucial part in contributing to the overall performance of our HR operations.
  • Recruitment
Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process which includes
proactively headhunting to attract passive candidates using various platforms and techniques
advertising job openings on social media and job boards screening incoming resume
  • interviewing candidates (via phone and video call)
Shortlisting candidates
  • sending job offer emails
Managing all HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, warning letters, termination and acceptance of resignation, etc
  • Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Responsible for organizing and supporting performance reviews for probationary employees
Process leave of absence requests, investigate complaints from employees, counsel employees on how to interact with each other, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Training and Development
Identify training needs, and design and implement training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive work culture
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and staff disciplinary issues
Identify improvements and support the development of engagement action plans
  • Advisory Role & Ad-Hoc Task
Provide advice in HR-related matters from time to time.
  • Develop, launch, and manage plans to train and retrain the companys employees.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS :
A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in talent acquisition, performance, training, and employee relations
  • Must have experience in headhunting
Have experience or is keen on working in a Startup
  • Knowledge related to regulations, laws, and policies
A people-person, cross-cultural sensitivity, and enthusiasm to keep a multicultural team as a solid unit.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
