Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Duties:

HR :

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Addressing employee relations and promoting a positive work culture.
• Supporting employee well-being initiatives, such as work-life balance programs.
• Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Finance :

• Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and business activity reports.
• Overseeing budget development and cost reduction strategies.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Managing payroll processing and timely payments.

General Management :

• Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic goals.
• Analyzing market trends for expansion opportunities.
• Managing administrative tasks and office operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Skill & Qualifications :

Experience:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR and accounting role. ACCA qualifications is an added advantage

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in bookkeeping, statistics, CRM, and accounting software is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills are essential.
