Duration: 13 months (Full-time project basis)
Salary: RM2,500 RM4,000 per month
Location: Work From Home (Open to candidates from any states)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a short-term HR development project. The ideal candidate must be able to commit fully during the project period and attend daily Google Meet discussions as scheduled by the employer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft detailed Job Descriptions (JD) and job mapping for employees across all departments
- Develop company organizational structure and HR policies
- Develop a job leveling structure
- Conduct salary benchmarking survey
- Write and compile the Employee Handbook
- Design and implement KPI frameworks
- Develop organizational frameworks and propose department SOPs to enhance the operational more effectively
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of HR structures
- Monitor attendance records and process payroll
- Set up or assist with HR systems when required
Requirements:
- Able to commit full-time for 13r months starting in April
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and employee handbook development
- Have real experience and knowledge in developing company and employee structuring
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience handling employee relations or staff issues is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to attend daily Google Meet meetings
- Able to focus fully on the project without other work or personal commitments during the project period
- Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage
