• Manage candidate profiles and documents
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
• Gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle

Market Research & Talent Mapping

• Research industry trends and hiring movements
• Identify potential talent pools
• Support recruitment strategy planning

Build Your Professional Network

• Work closely with consultants, candidates, and corporate clients
• Develop communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience the fast-paced world of recruitment consulting

What We're Looking For

• University students, final-year students, or fresh graduates
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or people-focused careers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
