Job Description

  • Lead and execute strategic HR projects and transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Build and strengthen HR policies, processes, frameworks, and operating models to support business growth
  • Drive end-to-end project management, from problem identification and solution design to implementation and impact measurement
  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution
  • Analyze people data, identify trends, derive actionable insights, and recommend interventions
  • Drive organization-wide change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes and practices
  • Solve operational and strategic people challenges through both immediate interventions and long-term solutions
  • Support workforce planning, employee experience, HR operations excellence, and organizational effectiveness initiatives as required
  • Travel across locations to understand business realities and drive execution on the ground

The Successful Applicant

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • HR Business Partner experience within startups, high-growth companies, or unicorn environments
  • Demonstrated experience in building HR systems, policies, and processes from the ground up (0-1 journey)
  • Strong exposure to HR project management and cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced and evolving organizations
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by business needs
  • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience
  • Prior experience in HRBP, HR Transformation, HR Projects, Chief of Staff to HR, or HR Strategy roles preferred
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Proven track record of managing organization-wide initiatives in high-growth environments
