Job Descriptions:
- Support Deployment of HR Services Delivery: Facilitate the utilization of HR systems and work tools to streamline work processes across functions in an efficient and scalable manner.
Employee Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with the line manager to drive initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement, performance, and retention, and creating effective training environments.- Policy and Procedure Management: Assist in maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
People Development Planning: Plan and monitor people development activities to meet employee competency and development objectives.
- Employee Life Cycle Support: Provide support for the entire employee life cycle and manage additional projects as assigned.
HR Strategies and Practices: Possess knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment regulations while applying these strategies and practices.- Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Foster a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork within the organization.
Data-Driven Employment Planning: Utilize data analysis to guide strategic employment planning.
- Worker Permit Process Knowledge: Familiar with the worker permit process, including FOMEMA, Expatriates, and Myeg.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.
At least 8-10 years as an HR Manager covering full HR functions.- Expertise in Malaysian Employment Law and IR practices.
Proficient in English and BM; Chinese preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Infotech Payroll system.
Highly organized, dependable, and accurate.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
