Position: HR Manager
Working Time: Mon - Friday,9.30am-6pm
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Descriptions:
| 1. Payroll & Employee Management |
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for the mentioned countries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (eg. EPF, CPF, SOCSO, Income Tax).
- Lead employee records management and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee staff welfare initiatives, including office refreshments and engagement activities.
| 2. HR Development & Talent Management |
- Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify training needs and oversee execution of training programs.
- Liaise with external trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development outcomes.
| 3. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management |
- Lead the recruitment strategy, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee the preparation of probation appraisals, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Manage foreign worker administration including permits, visas, and levies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
| 4. Leave & Attendance Administration |
- Oversee and ensure accurate maintenance of employee leave records across all countries.
- Review monthly attendance reports and address discrepancies.
| 5. HR Policies, Documentation & Compliance |
- Review and update employee handbook to ensure compliance with current laws and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices across all operating countries.
- Lead and manage daily HR operations and administrative functions.
- Provide HR advisory and support to management and employees.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
| 6. Overseas Guest Hospitality |
- Oversee arrangements for overseas guests, including hotel accommodation, transportation, itineraries, and meeting agendas.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience , currently a senior executive with enthusiasm to move to managerial level is encouraged to apply.
- Capable of managing 1-2 subordinate plus a team of 50+ headcount.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance in Malaysia and Singapore, knowledge of other countries payroll is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Able to accept travel oversea
