HR Manager (Regional & Commercial)
We are looking for a dynamic, people-centric HR professional to champion operations for the Malaysia commercial and regional headquarters. This is a high-impact role that combines operational excellence with strategic partnership in a truly international setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. People Operations & Workplace Harmony
- Total Rewards & Compliance: Lead end-to-end monthly payroll, tax queries, and statutory compliance. Manage comprehensive medical benefits and insurance programs with a focus on employee well-being.
- Culture & Relations: Drive a positive, high-energy work environment through proactive employee engagement and effective industrial relations support.
- Performance Excellence: Facilitate the growth of our talent through the performance review cycle and provide expert coaching on conflict resolution and development plans.

2. Talent Journey Management

What You'll Need:
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or hospitality-adjacent environment.
