Role Description
This is a full-time role for an HR Manager located on-site in Iskandar Puteri. The HR Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, overseeing recruitment and staffing processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Daily tasks will include developing and executing HR policies, leading performance management processes, maintaining employee records, and providing guidance on HR-related issues. The HR Manager will also collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and foster a positive working environment.

- Experience in creating and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Strong skills in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition
- Expertise in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Thorough knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage performance management processes
- Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Prior experience in an HR managerial role is beneficial
