Payroll & HR Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (hard copy & HR system)
- Handle employee lifecycle changes (joiners, resignations, confirmations)
- Prepare HR letters (LOA, confirmation, appraisal, etc.)
Benefits & Compliance
- Assist in reviewing and enforcing HR policies & employee benefits
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes
Reports & Surveys
- Generate and analyze attendance, working hours & headcount reports
- Provide HR data for internal and external surveys
Expatriate Support (ESD)
- Manage expatriate application process
- Liaise with agents and ensure smooth documentation
General HR Support
- Maintain filing systems & support company events
- Handle vendor invoice checks, clinic panels, Shell card usage, and canteen monitoring
- Back up support for foreign worker hostel matters
Projects & Ad Hoc
- Assist in HR projects, permit & immigration matters, labor office support
- Promote 5S, safety, and CSR initiatives
What You'll Need:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years HR experience in a manufacturing setting (Fresh grads with strong interest are welcome!)
- Good computer and communication skills
- Able to speak Mandarin(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees)
- Must be able to work at Tebrau, 5 working days.
