Role Overview
You will support and run key performance management processes for a consulting population. The role combines detailed administrative coordination with rigorous data analysis, requiring both precision in execution and clarity in interpreting data.
You will be responsible for ensuring that performance cycles run smoothly, data is accurate, and insights are available to support talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management Operations (Administrative Core)
- Coordinate end-to-end performance review cycles, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
- Prepare meeting materials, maintain records, and ensure completeness of evaluation inputs
- Manage logistics for performance discussions with multiple senior stakeholders
- Ensure timelines are met and processes are executed with high accuracy
- Act as a point of contact for performance management queries
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Manage and clean large datasets related to employee performance and progression
- Perform Excel-based analysis to support evaluation cycles, including trend analysis and cohort comparisons
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for leadership
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and resolve them proactively
3. Process Discipline & System Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across HR systems
- Ensure data consistency across platforms and reporting outputs
- Support improvements to workflows and reporting processes
- Contribute to system implementation and process enhancements
4. Stakeholder Coordination (HR Context)
- Work closely with HR teams and senior stakeholders to support performance-related processes
- Assist in tracking high-potential talent and progression outcomes
- Provide structured, data-backed inputs where required
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills (expected to handle large datasets and structured analysis independently)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling both repetitive administrative work and complex data tasks
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a structured environment
- Interest in HR, talent management, or performance management
- Discreet and reliable when handling confidential information
