Job Description

Responsibilities

1.Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management system.

2.Align performance management strategies with organizational objectives and business needs.

3.Ensure objectives are cascaded clearly from top management to individual employees. Support departments in setting SMART goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

4.Oversee mid-year and annual performance appraisal processes.

5.Provide training to managers on conducting fair and effective performance reviews.

6.Design, update, and maintain the company's organization chart to reflect current structures.

7.Work with department heads to ensure reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined. Recommend organizational adjustments to improve efficiency and clarity in structure.

8.Develop and oversee the probation evaluation framework for new employees

9.Ensure probation evaluation criteria are consistent, transparent, and aligned with role requirements.

10.Advise managers on probation review outcomes and coordinate confirmation or extension decisions.

Requirement

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

2. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CAHRP) are an added advantage.

3. Minimum 58 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in performance management.
