Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
