About the Role
In this internship position, you'll play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and providing candidate feedback
- Conduct research to identify and attract top talent for various job openings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment life cycle
- Provide support in the onboarding of new hires
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and tools would be an advantage
- Demonstrated interest in the field of human resources and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
