• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to support their hiring requirements.
• Proactively source and identify suitable talent through various recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Social Sciences or Business or any related courses
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and sales-driven, with a strong willingness to work in a sales-oriented role.
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with a focus on delivering positive client experiences.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Confident, approachable, and personable, with a positive and professional attitude.
