Job Description
What You'll Do
Perform a range of HR processes including but not limited to:
Maintain and update Workday;
Manage employee life cycle (Onboarding, LOA, exit, etc);
Manage employee's and HR's queries and work with different stakeholders and partner with BHR to resolve issues or inquiries;
Manage inquiries via chat;
Run different audits and controls to make sure data is accurate;
Drive for process excellence through innovation and process enhancement;
Build and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and counterparts and collaborate effectively;
Skills And Experiences
Prior HR support or related experience;
Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential - min Japanese N2 Certified or Native Speaker;
English Intermediate level of reading and listening skill;
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision;
Proficiency in navigating MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.);
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers.
