  • Manageend-to-end payroll processingfor APAC countries
  • Ensure compliance withlocal statutory and company policies
  • Handleemployee lifecycle transactions(onboarding, transfers, exits)
  • Maintain and updateHRIS systems(e.g. Workday, Dayforce)
  • Supportcompensation & benefitsactivities (e.g. salary review, bonus)
  • Resolve employee queries on payroll and HR matters
  • Liaise with HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the region
  • Prepare reports and ensuredata accuracy and timely submission

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum3 years of payroll / HR operations experience
  • Experience handlingregional (APAC) payrollis an advantage
  • Familiar with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Dayforce, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English
