HR Specialist (HC Operations)

What you will do:

  • Oversee and maintain HR databases and organizational structure.
  • Provide operational HR support across divisions, including advising on restructuring and organizational development (OD) matters.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
  • Act as the go-to person during emergencies or critical periods (e.g., public holidays, unexpected incidents).
  • Handle full-cycle HR operation
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders to ensure HR compliance and best practices.
  • Support reporting and analytics for the Head of HR and CEO.
