HR Specialist (HC Operations)
What you will do:
- Oversee and maintain HR databases and organizational structure.
- Provide operational HR support across divisions, including advising on restructuring and organizational development (OD) matters.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Act as the go-to person during emergencies or critical periods (e.g., public holidays, unexpected incidents).
- Handle full-cycle HR operation
- Collaborate with divisional leaders to ensure HR compliance and best practices.
- Support reporting and analytics for the Head of HR and CEO.
