• Job Description:

As a HR Specialist in Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in engage in the full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing and screening for candidates, interview candidates, and profiling candidates to company, manage job offer process and negotiate salary packages.

• To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or a equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency.

Experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting candidates across various levels and functions.

• Experience as a Head-hunter, Recruiter or similar is an advantage.

Well verbal communication and written in English & Malay, Mandarin is preferred.

• Confident in speaking and communicating with various people at all levels.

The ability to conduct different types of interviews.

• Good team player, passionate and result-oriented.

Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
