HRSpecialist to join their team.
Role Description
The
HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing HR processes with a focus on continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen methodologies. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, implementing employee benefits programs, overseeing personnel management processes, contributing to organizational development, and ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency. Collaboration with managers and teams to support and advise on HR strategies and action plans will also be key to this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 7 years HR experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Ability to apply Lean and Kaizen principles to HR processes for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory / people leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years exposure to ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 / OSHA practices.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws & statutory regulations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Certification, Kaizen Certification, PHR, or SHRM-CP) are a plus.
