· Oversee end-to-end HR system solutions (including SAP SuccessFactors), covering solution design, integration, implementation, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, IT governance, enterprise architecture, and industry best practices.
· Govern and review key deliverables such as BRD, FSD, solution designs, configuration workbooks, integration flows, and data migration strategies, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with scope.
· Translate business needs into effective system solutions, supporting planning, resource allocation, and vendor engagement, including evaluation and selection of HR technologies and service providers.
· Manage risks, dependencies, and design decisions, while coordinating closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and ICT teams to ensure effective delivery and timely issue resolution.
· Oversee data readiness, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to ensure successful go-live and system stability.
· Perform ongoing system enhancement and BAU support, including incident management, troubleshooting, user support, system configuration, and continuous improvement of HR systems.
· Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and IT governance standards, including access controls, audit requirements, and risk mitigation.
· Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement preventive and sustainable solutions.
Support critical HR operational cycles (e.g., month-end activities) and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge continuity and operational efficiency
