HR & Talent Acquisition Intern (Mandarin Speaker)

Role Description The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The intern supports end-to-end recruitment activities, including assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, helping conduct initial candidate assessments, and participating in interview logistics. The role also involves assisting with employer branding initiatives, preparing HR documentation, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to HR reports and data entry. The intern collaborates closely with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes; currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, with basic data entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur and maintain a professional, inclusive, and ethical approach to HR practices.
