In this Role, you'll get to

  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders and stakeholders, providing strategic and tactical HR guidance that aligns with company objectives and growth initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives that foster a caring and collaborative work environment
  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters with professionalism, empathy, and compliance to local labour law, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with business leaders to drive performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Drives HR functional excellence and process improvement spanning across recruitment, payroll administration, performance and rewards, employee relations, learning and culture as well as HR system operations.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc HR projects or cross-functional initiatives to strengthen business partnership and HR impact.
  • Serve as advocate of corporate cultures and core values, EVP and talent Initiatives
  • Build credibility and rapport with employees at all levels, creating an approachable HR presence that balances business priorities with people-first support.
  • Perform any other HR responsibilities or ad-hoc cross functional assignments as needed

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related discipline
  • Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience with independent HRBP management exposure
  • Strong interpersonal skills — an extroverted, approachable, and empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly and positively influences stakeholders
  • Strong HR acumen, preferably from call center, BPO or e-commerce industry. Working background in MNC establishment will have an added advantage
  • Good HR competencies and well versed with local employment regulations / labour law.
  • Multi-cultural stakeholder management skills and effective problem solving
  • Good written and communication skills, ability to interface effectively with different level of people
  • Agile, CAN-DO attitude with growth mindset
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the wider HR team
