Your new role
- Leads the organisation's people strategy by shaping the overall employee experience and ensuring talent, development, and performance initiatives support business goals.
- Modernises performance management by driving a shift toward continuous feedback, enabling real-time clarity on expectations and accountability.
- Implements performance tools and frameworks such as OKRs/SMART goals, while equipping managers with coaching capabilities to strengthen team performance.
- Drives data‑driven talent insights through analytics and 360‑degree assessments to identify capability gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Builds strong talent and succession pipelines through workforce planning, leadership development, and DE&I-focused strategies that enhance organisational capability.
- Strengthens engagement and retention by designing employee experience initiatives, monitoring VoE insights, and acting on turnover trends to reduce flight risks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field, with 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Exposure to multinational environments and shared services with strong knowledge of local and international employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, lead teams, resolve organizational challenges, and execute strategic HR initiatives with integrity and accountability.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented, with strong interpersonal, communication, and people management capabilities.
- Skilled in strategic thinking and change leadership, able to influence and guide employees through organizational transformation while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Strong distinguishabilities, planning, and adaptability, with proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of English and Malay; Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage.
