Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather technical support including problem diagnosis, analysis and Level 1 resolution for HRIS system.
  • Gather requirements of identified stakeholders to define user needs, reporting requirements and problems.
  • Implement and present training programs for HR team to ensure appropriate and effective utilization of HRIS.
  • Prepares training and resource materials and training manuals in coordination with thetraining department.
  • Maintain HRIS system at optimum level to ensure effective management of HRIS system and consistent accuracy of data in HRIS system.
  • Produce analysis and generate reports based on available data in HRIS for HR team and executive management decision making.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in maintaining HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
