HSE Executive

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures.
• Identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and recommending control measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Investigating workplace accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Conducting safety training and promoting a culture of safety among employees.
• Regularly auditing and inspecting the workplace to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training activities.
• Collaborating with management, employees, and external agencies on HSE matters.

Role Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science Discipline.
• Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Independent, good interpersonal & communication skills, team player.
• Able to work in Pontian, Johor.
