Role Description
-This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource & Administration Executive role based in WP Kuala Lumpur.
-The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management and basic payroll-related documentation.
-The Executive will handle day-to-day administrative functions such as office coordination, document management, scheduling meetings, and ensuring proper filing and compliance with internal policies.
-The position also supports HR policy implementation, employee engagement activities, and communication of HR-related updates to staff.

- Collaboration with management and various departments is required to ensure smooth office operations, timely HR support, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong human resources skills, including knowledge of HR processes, basic labor law awareness, recruitment support, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities, such as document management, scheduling, office coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common HR/administration software, with the ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members, management, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a high level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in HR and administration, preferably in corporate or professional services settings; experience in compliance-focused environments is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
